I have made two payments for two plan activation and both are failed.
1) On 2nd Aug 2018 via credit card and refund is received.
2) On 3rd August 2018 I have paid via Axis Net Banking via Citrus and the plan activation is failed I have not yet received the refund till now nor refund confirmation. I am attaching Bank Statement and Citrus Order number.

Your customer care and Twitter team is just giving me fake info as refund is processed but no money in my account till today. I have checked with Citrus, still the money is lying with you.
Please check and do the needful.
