[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — refund not yet initiated | |||
On 17th december i made a payment of 5779 to oneassist for ‘oneassist mobile damage protection for non apple smartphones between 60k to 80k for 1 year’. Soon after the payment i had a change of mind owing to all the negative reviews of their service and claims and asked the agent for a refund, the agent had assured a full refund within 7 days if i changed my mind initially when she was selling the plan to me. She agreed to refund when i did ask for it but, i saw no written confirmations. I received another call just the next day from a different agent who called with the intention of assisting me activate my membership. I told this agent too that i wanted a refund and to please initiate a refund and to mail me a confirmation of the same. She said i would get it but it’s been 5 days since and i have not received the refund or any mails. They do not respond to my calls/emails either. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I got in touch finally via their toll free number. Got to speak to the agent who gave me the plan and she initiated the refund immediately. OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
