[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — refund of credit card charges | |||
Dear team, A credit card is linked to this account which was charged for rs.2999 without my consent on 12/09/2018 with narration one assist mfee. My concern is that this is the second time that such a thing is happening to me. Kindly get my charges reversed as soon as possible because the interest is being levied on the outstanding amount. A cancellation request has been raised on the customer care but they have not confirmed me anything about the charges being refunded.
