[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Refund of deducted amount during the payment | |||||
Very delay and worst service by oneAssist. My amount of Rs 989.10 has been deducted on 10th Feb 2017 during the payment after that I haven't get any information regarding it from the side of oneAssist team then I have emailed to oneAssist many times with full details with attachments of transaction reference no. For Refund my amount I have also send all the bank account details but their customer executive always told me to wait for two days but 26 days passed away still I am waiting for my refund. Mar 9, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Still I am waiting for my amount at this my amount is not credited in my account. The OneAssist is really worst company they do not solved my complain and mark it in resolved. OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
