OneAssist Consumer Solutions — refund of my deducted amount

I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan. After than they automatically activated that plan. On 16.03.2020 they deducted rs.1899/- from my saving a/c without my permission. I don't need that plan. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap. Make sure to deactivate this plan, if not i will raise the complaint against this plan in cyber crime

On 18th march i was raise the complaint against one assist plan of icici, they were reply me like cancellation of this plan was under process.but still now the debited amount was not credited to my account.please refund my money to my account.
