On 12th october 2017 morning i took the insurance plan for my 2 mobile by paying 1999each and after the payment done the call was transferred for the verification over there they said me to submit some proof of mobile condition and invoice copy wherein i already inform them that the invoice is not at my name so they said to contact amazon and say them to change the name at invoice copy which i did and amazon said no for it.
Then immediately i contacted oneassist to cancel my plan.
Now they are saying that within 48hour u will get call from cancellation department.
And from there it will take 7 wd to give refund.
And i am still waiting for my call.
I have full recording from the point of taking insurance till applying for the cancellation.
In just few hour they started behaving like other insurance company.
Still i will wait till tomorrow and if i don't get call and my refund i will proceed with legal action. Was this information helpful? |
