[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Regarding cancellation of my claim | |||||
At the time of insurance i told one assist that this mobile phone is gifted to me and i does not have my name in invoice .. after telling my condition they insure me that i can purchase One assist insurance but only i have to take a written agreement from the person who gifted me the mobile . And i do the same. But when my phone got damaged they are telling me to send the aadhar card of that person who gifted me the mobile.. and at that time i tell them that i am not in touch whith the person who gifted me... So plz give me time whenever i met that person I tell her to send the adhar card .. at that time they agrees . But now they cancel my claim and telling me that i have to repair my phone by my own money in service centre... Is this insurance??? And assurance of one assist??? after telling them the consequences earlier they are rejecting my claim . Very unsatisfactory service From now i recomend every person to not get insurance from one assist... They are frauders and thief.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
