[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — regarding claim | |||||
At the time of insurance the company not cleared their terms and conditions very well. They mentioned the a spare handset will be given to the customer during the period of customer handset in service center. But at that time company did not gave me any handset at first time i claimed. The claim was closed by my side as company harassed me. Now i filed claim again so the company making me fool again now and showing there huge formalities with was not mentioned at the time of insurance.
