OneAssist Consumer Solutions — rejected claim twice with no valid reason | |||||
Fraud company. Rejected my claim twice. I have even written email to founders. I bought one assist mobile insurance for my mobile when i received Continuous calls from their sales team. Their insurance claim poster Clearly shows that they will provide insurance in case mobile is Accidentally dropped in toilet. Now let me tell you what my first Claim was : i accidentally dropped my mobile in a bucket which was Partially filled. I explained it very clearly in my claim. And after Keeping my mobile for 15-20 days and getting estimates for repair, one assist People finally rejected my claim saying that damage was due to Negligence because we are not allowed to take mobile to bathroom. After that i had to personally go and get my damaged phone back since they were not even returning it. And this happened in second claim: And after a few months when i repaired my mobile by myself from authorized centre only, screen Got damaged. One assist people rejected my claim saying it was the same as Previous claim asking me service forms of previous repair which also i Sent through emails.
