[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — rejection of claim because o[censored]nknown policy of claim submission within 48 hours | |||||
I purchased accidental insurance plan from oneassist during and was told that they will cover all damage. Now when my phone's screen damaged i raised claim. Phone damaged on 22 august and claimed on 28 or 29 august. Now they are rejecting claim by saying that i was supposed to claim within 48 hours... I was never told earlier about it... That i must claim within 48 hours. Now, i can't find the documentation of their plan as well... As they are saying it was mentioned somewhere in terms and conditions.
