[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Rejection of claim by a false reason | |||||
Hello! My claim has been rejected by the insurance company by a false reason. I was informed by an executive that my claim has been rejected, and the reason mentioned was "willful negligence" I object the Reason given by the company. As it was not a willful negligence it was a clear accident. As well as i would like to bring this to notice that no one will perform such an action that had to be stated as "willful negligence" and waste their time and hard earned money by purchasing an insurance plan.
