As per my plan benefits it is mentioned that 12 days service guarantee and you 'll get a courtesy handset in the mean time of handset repaired. But these things are just to make customers fool. They just escalate the case from one place to another and nothing will happen. Customer have to survive. I advice to all don't get trapped in this company's fake policies. They just put those plan benefits to attract customers. If you give them your handset to get repaired then their minimum time to give your handset is 45 days. And one more thing whenever you call them for complain they always give you same reply as " we regret for the inconvenience. And we escalated the case and wait for 3-4 days and after 4 days you'll again get the same reply. And this will continue till their minimum days of repairing i. E. 45 days. You can imagine that one and a half month they take for a handset repair and no courtesy handset will be provided to you. There are more better options in the market than this fake policy maker company. I complained more than 20 times and till now nothing happened.
