I was enrolled for a wallet insurance and on the day of activation i called for the cancellation, there was an email sent for the same as well. I had a word with people on chat services also provided all my bank details. I received an email on sep 8, please see Dear akshay, Greetings from oneassist! Apology for the inconvenience. With regards to your recent mail, we would like to inform you that we have already processed refund amount of rs: 3, 999/- on 6 september 2017. The same will reflect in your bank statement within 4 - 5 working days. We really appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. If you require any further assistance, please write to us at [protected]@oneassist.in or call[protected] or[protected]. This mail was sent on 6th september and today is 20th and still no refund and customer care doesnt have any clue about it. Again fake and false promises to wait for another 7-10 days. This is what they do when they want to enroll for insurance they run after your life and post sales services are absolutely pathetic. I want my refund immediately.
