Hi, Its very bad to say why did i get my phone insured. I am not getting proper response even after uploading all the documents and photos of my phone. Your people not giving me service because they want me to give "proper reason for phone display not working". I dont know when it stopped working. Just because of it they are not collecting my phone for repair. How does it matter how my phone stopped and the reasons for it. My phone not working means "not working" it has to be repaired. I have insured with you and i have bills submitted. Its so so annoying, your customer care people asking me to mention "i dont know how phone stopped working". I mentioned even that also still no positive response and your customer care people not ready to pass call to seniors on floor. I have my 2 phones 2nd time renewed with you guys.
