[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — renewal fee charged after multiple cancellation requests and calls!

I have contacted the oneassist team for cancellation of my renewal 10 days prior to the renewal date. I was promised that it will be cancelled within 4 days and received no response. After gain lodging complaint, the cancellation team called me the 2nd time about the cancellation, to which i clearly stated that i dont want it to be extended and cancel the renewal! This [censored]housed company still charged my renewal fees upon my multiple requests to cancel. I will be forced to take legal action if my fees are not refunded at the earliest and i request everyone please not to get into the trap of this ponzi schemed company that is treacherous to its core. Shame on you guys.

As per the telephonic conversation. Your membership cancellation is processed and you will get the amount credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
I received a call from axis bank and deducted money from my account.They said it is mandatory for all their customers.After that I tried to register complaint in axis bank . But they deducted money.I do not want this service.I am getting messages from one assist.Please refund my money.
