Dear sir/madam You have activated my credit card protection plan without my consent last year also you did same. Is there no policy in your company that before renewal you will ask the consumer if he would like to continue or not. I would like to have my renewal amount refunded as it is against rule setup by government that u cannot charge any consumer without his/ her consent.
