OneAssist Consumer Solutions — renewal of some policy to be auto debited message

I recently received a sms that a renewal of policy will be charged for my icici account.
I don't remember asking for any policy renewal.

Details: sr[protected]
Policy privilege single cpp/one assist for 1899 inr.

I don't want the renewal to be executed
Icici account: xxxx0805
Mobile: [protected]

And when i mailed the support what i get is automated message that please mail from your registered email id. This means i never registered with them in first place.

I want to close and deactivate one assist plans attached to my ICICI bank account.This plan is useless and of no use.ICICI bank is thief it is looting money from my account.
