[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — renewal without notice and cancellation refund issues

I have been renewed with oneassist policy without prior communication and as per there website terms and condition they should refund 100% of customer cancelled within 30 days of renew. My policy has been renewed on 9th may and raised cancellation on 16th may. But instead of cancellation they are calling and telling that cancellation is not possible and we can't refund your amount.
