Dear all, Oneassist membership id is [protected] This is to bring to your kind notice that oneassist is going to renew my membership after 29th of this month with out my permission, i had requested them not to renew my policy last year but they debited my card without my consent and we had a big issues with them and they committed that they have removed auto renew from my credit card, but today 25th of march 2019 now they are saying that they will again renew my policy which i do not want to take. I request you to please stop their payment if they present any bill after 29th of march. I contacted your hotline numbers but they are saying they are helpless, so i am approaching you through this email to please stop any payment from oneassist other wise i will have no option to cancel my card as i am assuming that i must have a power to stop the payment which they are going to fraud with me again.
