[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — renewed without my consent | |||
Dear concerned, This is regarding the policy which has been renewed without my consent and the amount has been debited from my credit card. Same incident previous year too. Then the customer care executive said to me that it will not be renewed without your consent. There will be a call before renewal. Hereby i request you to reimburse my debited amount or let me know if i have to complain toi any other statutory body for my grievances.
