I already rised a complaint that i am not interested to extend the plan. And i am already told same thing to your team via call.she told it will be refunded but not be refunded. May i know when it will be refunded.

Please allow us 24 working hours to check the delay in refund being credited. In the meantime, we advice you to check the account from which the amount was debited, if the same amount has been credited in that same account or not.
