[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Repeated delay in repair | |||||
Dear Sir, I I filed a claim (Service Request number 1547933.) against a physical damage to my mobile handset in september with Oneassist and subsequently, the handset was collected from my residence. Later on, they communicated that my handset is in under repairing, and shall be delivered by 26th August then 18 october and now 7 november Till date I have not received my handset. I am chasing Oneassist customer care almost every week but getting the same reply from them that it is under still under repairing. I am very much disappointed with the service of Oneassist because SPARE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE IN OTHER SERVICE CENTER IN BANGALORE, they have failed measurably what they committed.
