I am Anurag Sharma from Jaipur.I have taken MI PROTECT insurance plan having application number MP413398.I have got a screen damage to my phone MI NOTE 3 on 9 March, 2017.since then I have complained many times on the customer care number but I am always told that my previous claim will be closed after 24 hours and then I can call again but I get the same reply again.kindly sort my problem as soon as possible.
