Vendor pick up was assigned but they were unable to collect my device as my pin code was non servicble area so i asked to shipped the product manually and promised to refund curior charges, i already sent the curior recipt to the logistic department, they assured the refund is in process but not credited yet, indly do needfull, multiple time i have contacted regarding this but no valid response is still given to me
