Dear Sir/Madam, I was cheated by Oneassist by taking a plan ofIndividual Privilege plan and when i lost my driving license they said the area is not under servecable area. The same address while selling the product is the same address registered with one assist still they are saying it is non serviceable area. Then y did they sell the product. So purely cheating just to pull money from customers. I called them on 18 may 2017 and they disconnected the call after a while and dint call back and when I am calling it is just a blank call i.e., no one is responding.
