OneAssist Consumer Solutions — SR-8176024 closed/cancelled without customer agreement- Fraud with customer and damaged customer product

One assist removed parts from the TV and returned them to me without fixing them.

One Assist Engineer came to my house for television repair.
The red light on my Panasonic TV was blinking 8 times and starting again and again.
But there was no issue with the white line on TV starting.

First, one assist engineer said that there is a backlight issue with your TV, I asked him how you are sure about this. He checked again and said that sir backlight is fine, there is a panel issue.
And he gave me 2 options to fix the problem.
1. They will use LG's new panel to Panasonic TV which costs approx. Rs.9000 (I refused to do it immediately).
2. He will repair the panel which costs approx. Rs.4500(I agreed with this option).
He scheduled the Pickup and took the TV.

3-4 days later I got a call from Mr. Ruchin and he said that Sir panel parts are not available, we cannot fix this panel, someone else on the call and he said that try to check some other service center.
After 2 days the TV returned without fixing the problem. I noticed some scratches on the back of the TV. I turned on the TV, I saw a white light on the screen, which was not there before. I asked the person who had come to hand me over, he said that I had no idea about it. I immediately call Ruchin and ask him about the problem. I think some problem has arisen. He denied it and said, on your TV, we opened the panel. This is a panel issue. Whereas before there was no white light on the screen.
Now the Panasonic engineer came to my house and did not change any parts, just cleaned the motherboard and turned on the TV, but the display I was seeing on the TV had some white line problems. Which I watched when the TV came back to me.
He said that there was no need to open the panel of this model, it may have damaged it while opening or fixing it.

One assist engineer revisited at my place but they have not correct answer why the white line is showing on the screen.
One assist engineer Rakesh has admitted that there was no white line when he first came.
When the TV came back to me there is a white line I reported to the same engineer who returned it to me.
I immediately report Ruchin's to this issue, the chat is attached.
Chat is attached TV is running and the screen problem is just because of that white line and parts are removed by one assist.

I reached to one assist because I had already informed the team that something was left on their end or not connected properly.
But one assist team is blaming and harassing me.

I did trust one assist, but they remove the parts from the tv and returned them without fixed, which is wrong.
when they denied nothing missed from their side
I opened the panel myself and found part is missing.
Now when I asked, where is the part they are doing harassment and saying because you opened by self now we are not responsible.
If I don't open it how I know that part was removed by one assist and during revisit one assist denied nothing happened at their end.
