[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — subscription of one assist services | |
I had received a call from one assist services, asking me to apply for their services. I was in a meeting, and hence i was unable to follow the instructions clearly. Also, the signal was not proper so there were some inconveniences. I had not confirmed my application, but the amount has been debited from my account, as they might have mistaken me to have confirmed my application. I do not wish to access the services, and i want the amount of 1899/- to be refunded to my account. Please take care of this issue and resolve it immediately, as it is extremely urgent.
