Sir my theft claim got approved on 4th of sept 2018 by the insurance company and I had also sent all my original documents to one assist on 6th sep 2018 and which has been delivered on 10th sept 2018 with tracking id Z71035450 via DTDC but i am calling them regularly they only say to me your case has been escalated and please wait and relax, somebody from team will soon contact you but nobody is even contacting me for that. And still status at oneassist system is 'documents not yet received '
