Sir my theft claim got approved on 4th of sept 2018 by the insurance company and I had also sent all my original documents to one assist on 6th sep 2018 and which has been delivered on 10th sept 2018 with tracking id Z71035450 via DTDC but i am calling them regularly they only say to me your case has been escalated and please wait and relax, somebody from team will soon contact you but nobody is even contacting me for that. They still saying from 4 days payment has been processed but not sharing me the UTR or transaction no. Just saying its pending . It will be updated from last 4 days they saying only . Will wait for tomorrow Sep 21, 2018 Updated by docragz5 Its still not resolved amount received is much less than approved Amount Received amount Rs. 17830 Approved 36907 Called them many times and also emailed my bank statement to [protected]@onessist.in still when i call them they tell me again to send the bank statement
