Last year 1899 waa deducted from my account, so i called one assist to cancel my plan, which they didn't and instead changed it ro some other plan and refunded me 899 back. I was assured that next year you can cancel your membership, but today i got an email that says my plan will be automatically renewed which I don't want to renew Membership id[protected] Please cancel it ASAP Was this information helpful?
