[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — they are not considering my insurance claim for damaged phone | |||
My oneassist insurance got over on 26 april 2019 i renewed it on 27 th april 2019. My phone got damaged recently. And dey are not covering it under insurance. I want my money back. I don’t want to continue with oneassist insurance plan. Earlier also they didn’t consider my handset problem under their insurance by stating that it doesn’t come under accidental or liquid damage. They are just making excuses and not repairing my phone under insurance Was this information helpful? | |||
