Claim no :- 1769557. Relationship no :- 1562644. I had enrolled ma apple total protection plan above 62000 with oneassist for my i phone 7 insurance membership. My phone got slipped from my hand and display accidentally cracked. They said to me to submit all important documents and i will submit all documents but now they saying that one screenshot is left and they close my file. It was not my fault because they never said this things before. They will closed my file and saying it's never reopen. My plan is for 1 year so why you guys not reopen my file. I wasted 8000 on this stupid insurance company.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡...⇄ its better to complaint to police 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡...⇄
