I have given my headset on to one assist in June 2017 to repair.They reverted my headset after repair.I renewed my policy in March 2018.My headset got damaged this June.Now they are telling that there is some unauthorised modification in my headset.They are not ready to provide receipt of previously repaired headset.IRDA and you should take action. My SR no is SR#3218685. I have given my handset in which only touch part was broken. Rest phone was fully functional. Now it's completely dead. Can someone take any action against them?
