[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — transaction happened without my concern and need refund urgent

One assit app i was downloaded to see what app can do and then i updated my kotak bank credit card and i dont authorise the transaction, and rs 1399 has taken. Kindly make the refund as soon as possible

Relation ship number for one assit is 5266807

I urge oneassist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done without my authorization or consent! If not, i'd be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!
