[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unauthorised debit

Last year they activated one plan without my permission and i requested for cancellation but they offered the plan for discounted price and requested to continue. I accepted it for one year but this year they did renewal without my permission and when i enquired they said it's auto-renewal and i was shocked to hear this. I didn't requested for auto-renewal. They're saying i should have requested in grace period to cancel but i request to cancel it on the next day it was debited from my credit card. Kindly resolve the issue Was this information helpful?
