On 4th Feb 2021 an amount of 1899 rupees was deducted from my ICICI savings account. Initially I complained my bank and then my complaint was registered. After a while I recieved a call from One Assist customer care and he said that my account was deducted just because I haven't replied 'NO' to their email. That's quite inappropriate for him to say that. If their was no reply from my side that doesn't mean it's a yes and there was no point of taking my money. This is such a filthy way to sell your policies forcefully.Kindly look into this matter else I'll have reach IRDAI against your company.
