मुझे एक sms आया hdfc बैंक की तरफ से 06/06/2018 को की आपके क्रेडिट कार्ड से 1399 रुपये काटे गए है one assist company की फीस,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

मेरे बार बार आग्रह करने पर भी उन्होंने मेरे पैसे काट लिए,, उनके द्वारा बोला गया था कि आपको एक कॉन्फॉर्मेशन मेल भेजा गया था ।। लेकिन एक कॉल भी कर सकते थे या massage कर सकते थे कि आपको प्लान रिन्यू कराना है या नही लेकिन कोई कॉल या massage नही किया ।। मुझे अपने पैसे बापिस चाइये ।।

Greetings from OneAssist,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As per your request we have initiated your cancellation process vide service request number 3255937. You are entitled for 699/- as the complaint was registered after 30 days of deduction. Your refund will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 working days.

Additionally, the deduction had happened only on 11th of May as per our records and also as per the bank statement sent by you.

Updated by satyamtkg1 699 किस लिए ..मैंने आपको कॉल करके 10 बार बोला के पैसे मत काटना आप, , , फिर आपने फ़ोन ही उठाना बंद कर दिया मेरी क्या गलती है मेने पैसे काटने से पहले माना किया था की आप पैसे मत काटना मुझे renew नहीं करना है प्लेन / फिर आपके द्वारा बोला गया के आपको कन्फोर्मशन मेल किया था क्या आपके पास मेरा नंबर नहीं था एक sms किया होता या कॉल किया होता के renew करना है या नहीं /// मुझे मेरे 1399 पुरे वापिस चाइये सर //
