I bought a wallet insurance plan last year on my HDFC credit card (registered mobile no. [protected]) from OneAssist. I had asked the company to cancel my plan 2 months ago, both via mail and by calling the customer service. But my credit card was still charged Rs1899 for the plan renewal. I would like you to cancel the said insurance plan and refund the amount deducted from my credit card. Was this information helpful? | |
