[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unauthorized deduction from my credit card

On 29/07/2019 i got a message of deduction of rs.1899 from my credit card. This deduction is unauthorized as i didn't subscribe any service on oneassist app. The deduction is unauthorized and also i didn't get any otp for this. I never used oneassist app for any purpose. I dont know how they got my credit card info. I want all my deducted money refunded and want to cancel this susbcription.
