[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unauthorized deduction of money

I received a call from icici bank regarding the details of one assist plan and automatically after the call they activated the plan. I was not informed about the fact that they would deduct money from my account. I do not need this plan. This is unacceptable to charge you for something you don't even want.
