OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Underage Customer : Service declining reason

When i bought my protection plan there was no information about it that you have to at least 18 to avail the insurance (at the time of buying it), and now when i am 18 plus and i am trying to claim it they are rejecting my request by saying that you are an underage customer even though i am not at the time of incident. So basically it was all waste for me to buy this protection plan and i wasn't even informed about it.
I want them to accept my claim and fix my device as soon as possible because i have all my important data on the device.
