[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unethical behaviour | |||
Do not rely on the services of oneassist I have received a mail that my membership has got cancelled as complete activation details have not been provided. I had already mailed the required document on november 11 with the total payment. Also i have not been contacted by any of the executive in case there was any pending documents. How can a policy be cancelled without any prior information? Is it some kind of joke that is being going that before the payment i have been followed more than 100 times in a day and once the payment was done i have not been contacted regarding the status? I don't think that these type of services will take the company to a long distance. I guess these people are just playing with our precious time and emotions.
