[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — unsolicited charge of 1399 on my hdfc credit card. | |||
This OneAssist has charged my Credit Card second time without my permission. I talked to HDFC and they gave me OneAssist’s toll free number[protected]. When I called them they lady was so intolerant she was not even listening to me and she kept saying “if something happens to you and all”. She tried to convince me for more than minutes then on my request she transferred me to her Senior and then that Senior tried the same thing and agreed to cancel the policy but didn’t agree to refund the money. My Card was charged for 1399 rupees on 13th Ausgust, 2018. I want a full refund of 1399 ASAP and don’t want any furthers charges from OneAssist. Was this information helpful? | |||
