[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Waiting for my mobile from last 25 days | |||||
I have took the insurance of one assist when i have purchased my mobile F1S Oppo phone. They have assured me that whenever i will face any sort of problem (Like screen damage in accident, Mobile gone in water or anyt sort of other problem) during the insurance period they will not charge me single rupees and they will fix the problem through service center. Now i am waiting for my mobile from last 25 days and they haven't given me my mobile yet. Was this information helpful? | |||||
