I had registered for one assist - wallet assist program in nov 16.in this service among other facilities provided by the company one of them was if my wallet get lost the company will replace my pan. I had lost my wallet on saturday 15 jul 17, in which among other things was my original pan card - aappw6737m (Registered with oneassist). I received an email on monday 17 jul 17 from itzeazy your documentation partner, with respect to the documentation required for issue of a duplicate pan card. As instructed in the email to me i whatsapp the scanned copy of the docs to siddharth - [protected] to be verified. Although it was not mentioned i also emailed the scanned copy to [protected]@itzeazy.com. After repeated calls to siddharth from itzeazy he informed me that the hard copies of the documents would not be required. Post which i have not received any acknowledgement for the receipt of pan card documentation either from iteazy or the government. I had called up oneassist putting up a complaint on monday 31 jul 17. I was informed that i would receive a revert within 48 hrs, however there is no revert. I wrote a complaint to both oneassit & itzeazy. Post which there were a few email communication and telephonic conversation, however none of them stated whether they require the hard copy of my application / whether i would receive an acknowledgement receipt of my application from the appropriate authority / when will i receive my pan.

I had received an email on 18 Aug 17 that I would receive my PAN card within 10 days. Please note I have not received the same.
Please inform me i[censored] cannot process my request. I will take care of it personally.
U all are testing my patience. I had applied for a PAN on 18 July its over a month and 10 days.
