Hi, I didn't receive any call or notification regarding activation of one assit membership. But there has been an auto debit on my hdfc credit card account with an amount of ₹1299, so please cancel my membership and refund my debited amount of ₹1299 as soon as possible. I called customer care and emailed them regarding this but they're not refunding my amount instead asking me to wait until there supervisor calls. Also in future, do not activate such type of subscription without my knowledge.
