I am V.Kolangiappar, today (by 3.24pm) I have received a message from one assist stating that membership fee is debited from my HDFC DINERS CLUB Card which is not at all authorized by me. I did not know how they proposed to HDFC and HDFC authorized they payment without my consent. (Customer) while contacting HDFC Phone banking I got a number of customer care of one assist from Nivedhini (Chennai). She told sorry, that she is helpless. While contacting One assist customer care No.[protected] one Mr.Anand forced me and tried to convince me to use their services. The question is without a proper acceptance from me how should they propose and forced HDFC to authorize payment from my credit card.
