[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — worst customer service

@oneassist if you are reading this, this is one of my latest mails :-

I am tired of writing mails to you guys and dont know when your stupid seniors will call back regarding my device as they are always busy on calls, if you guys need to always ask your superiors to take calls then why do you have a call center might as well have trained staff to handle the queries and after how long are you informing me about the approval received is unknown. Also i had asked about the estimated cost being too high and no one bothered to answer the same. I will hv to pay excess fees and why should i pay it according to your estimate, i am sure the repair cost of the handset cannot be 50% of the device cost when there was nothing major and everything was working fine.

About the device that you offered me to use as an alternate phone is supposed to be working, i have informed repeatedly that the handset has no sim trays how do i use the device, still no answer for the same and i was assured 4 times that your senior will call me but then i think your senior is too busy to call escalated cases or are not capable to handle escalations. Call me once and i will show you how escalations are taken. Awful services from you guys and no tat for replying to the mails. I really need a compensation for all this or i will definitely put this up in social media and consumer forum for sure.

Please dont consider this as a warning as i am going to do so, just informing you in advance so that your seniors be prepared the next time this happens.
