[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Wrongly captured name, date of birth and mail id | |||||
I bought mobile through mi.com, at the time of purchase i was mi protect (Insurance company is one assist). When i check with one assist website my name, date of birth and mail i'd totally wrong. I have contacted customer service many times they have not given proper information to change wrong one. Then i prepared to cancel my policy they haven't responded properly.
