What the # is this one assist?? We spoke on the phone last year that i don't want to continue with one assist and still you guys are deducting my money.. I'm drowning in credit card loans and on top of that you guys are #ing around. Please put it in your # brains that i don't want to continue with one assist. Please refund my money..
