I received a call from ur executive on 20/11/2017 to activate plan for my credit card for rs.1399. I called back again to one assist l toll free number to cancel my request and no executives who accepted my call were helpful to cancel my request as they all were replying with one answer to wait for 24 to 48 hours as the status us not reflecting and on 22/11/2017 at 8:07pm i received a message from one assist that plan is activated and 1399rs is deducted in my card. I feel sorry to tell you this your executives are not helpful and please refund the amount as i am not happy with the experience and as i have requested to cancel my activation please cancel it and refund the amount of rs.1399.
